Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released IBPS RRB official notification on June 30th, 2020 on its official website www.ibps.in It has released the posts of Office Assistants and Officer Scale I, II, and III. The registration process of the same will be started on July 1, 2020. Interested candidates can visit the official website to fill the application for the post. The last date to fill the required application form and pay the registration fee is July 21, 2020. According to the official notification of IBPS RRB the exam will be tentatively conducted in September/October 2020 for the prelims stage.
HOW TO APPLY FOR RRB SCALE I, II OR III?
An applicant can apply for the Post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and can also apply for the Post of Officer. Every candidate can apply for one post only either for Officer Scale-I or Scale-II or Scale-III.
Candidates need to apply individually and pay fees/intimation charges separately for each post.
PROCESS FOR APPLYING ONLINE
1. Candidates should visit the official website of IBPS at www.ibps.in.
2. Click on the Home page and open the link
3. Candidates are first required to go to the IBPS’s CRP for RRBs”
4. Press the suitable option “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP- RRBs OFFICERS (Scale-I, II and III)” or “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP- RRBs- OFFICE ASSISTANT (Multipurpose)”
5. Then open up the On-Line Application For
6. Click for the new registration link to register for the current exam and fill in your basic information.
7. After filling in the basic information you will get a provisional registration number and password which will be displayed on the screen.
8. Note down the registration number and password. Although you will get an alert on email and mobile through SMS for the Provisional Registration number and Password yet note down separately.
9. In case you want to edit any particulars you can reopen the saved data using registration number and password.

IBPS RRB Assistant Exam Pattern
The exam pattern of Office Assistant and Officer Grade for IBPS RRB Exam 2020 is different.IBPS RRB Assistant 2021 Exam comprises of two phases namely,
- Preliminary Exam
- Mains Exam
There will be no interview for the post of Office Assistant post after the Mains exam in case he or she qualifies both the phases.

The final selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the marks scored in both Mains and Interview process.
